Effective date: September 12, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Snoli (the "App"), a mobile application published for iOS by Guillaume Rozand, an individual developer based in France ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Snoli plays ambient and white/pink/brown noise sounds to help you sleep, focus, or relax. It lets you mix multiple sounds, set a sleep timer, and save your preferences on your own device. Some features and sound content require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
The App is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country of residence, to use the App without a parent or guardian's involvement. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules set out in its App Store Terms of Service.
Some content and features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions and/or one-time purchases (for example weekly, monthly, annual, or lifetime plans), billed and processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's audio files or source code except as permitted by applicable law; use the App for any unlawful purpose; interfere with the App's operation; or attempt to bypass any purchase or license restriction.
The App, including its sounds, design, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.
Snoli is a relaxation and ambient-sound tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure insomnia, anxiety, or any other medical or psychological condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have ongoing sleep difficulties or a health concern, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
The App is distributed through Apple's App Store and uses Apple's StoreKit framework to process purchases. Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms but is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no warranty or liability obligations with respect to the App, except as stated in Section 9 above.
We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content, and for addressing any claims relating to the App (including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims). If a third party claims that the App infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, and resolution of such claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence in the European Union give you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country, in which case those rules apply.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
